• Panipat Police arrested Kuldeep alias Guddu and Mohammad Zuber from Shamli, UP, solving a major theft case within 72 hours.
• The thieves stole Rs 4.25 lakh cash, gold, silver, and artificial jewelry from Vishal Chahal's house in Sector 13/17 while his family was at a wedding.
• Accused reconnoitered the house during the day, noting a newspaper and lights, confirming no one was home before breaking in at night.
• Police, led by ASP Harshit Goyal IPS and Inspector Sumit's team, used CCTV and a tip-off to catch the thieves on a Splendor bike near Dadola Chowk.
• Stolen gold bangles, necklaces, earrings, a silver Sai Baba idol, a ring, artificial jewelry, and the bike were recovered; accused remanded for further interrogation.
