Himachal Budget: 300 Units Free Power for 1 Lakh Poor Families, Rs 1500 for Women

• 150 more schools in Himachal will transition to CBSE; 150 Panchayat Secretary posts to be filled.
• Digitalization of Panchayat records and training institutions, with Rs 481 crore allocated for development works.
