• Hailing from Majhar village, Sundernagar, Mandi district, Manoj pursued B.Tech from UIIT Shimla and MBA from Himachal Pradesh University.
• He attributed his success to his parents and teachers, emphasizing consistent study of 4-6 hours daily.
• Megha Singh Panwar from Rajgarh, Sirmaur, topped the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service Exam, which selected a total of 30 candidates.
