ISRO's LVM3 'Bahubali' to launch heaviest US satellite BlueBird-6 Dec 15

  • ISRO's LVM3 'Bahubali' rocket will launch the 6.5-tonne BlueBird-6 commercial communication satellite on December 15.
  • Built by AST SpaceMobile, BlueBird-6 is the heaviest American satellite ever launched by India.
  • Once deployed, BlueBird-6 will unfold a 2,400 sq ft phased array, becoming the largest commercial antenna in low-Earth orbit.
