Rajasthan Minister Links Cow Milk to Intelligence, Buffalo Milk to Laziness

• Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar claimed indigenous cow milk makes children active and intelligent, while buffalo milk leads to sluggishness.
• Speaking at a ‘Go-Samvardhan and Gocharan’ event, Dilawar announced a plan to revive the traditional village cowherd system.
• One ‘village cowherd’ (Guwala) will be appointed for every 70 cows across 14 villages, receiving Rs 10,000 per month from local donors.
• Dilawar justified his claims by comparing the behavior of cow and buffalo calves, stating cow calves are more intelligent and active.
