• Wife claimed frequent disputes due to the affair and was beaten on March 14 after confronting her husband and the woman leader in the market.
• Victim alleged that despite a previous compromise at the police station, the affair continued, leading to further threats and assault on March 25.
• Wife accused BJP woman leader Neetu Jadhav of threatening to kill her and parade her naked; husband also allegedly assaulted their 11-year-old daughter.
• Raju Soni was granted bail by the SDM court; both Raju Soni and Neetu Jadhav have been removed from their party posts by BJP District President Raisingh Sendhav.
