•Netflix acquired digital rights for Pawan Kalyan's 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh' for a massive Rs 80 crore.
•The deal was finalized within 20 minutes after Netflix executives watched a short video of key scenes.
•Directed by Harish Shankar, the film's budget is approximately Rs 150 crore, with Rs 90 crore already recovered.
•This marks the second-highest OTT deal for Pawan Kalyan, after 'OG' which fetched Rs 92 crore.
•Director Harish Shankar clarified that the film is not a remake of 'Theri', having rewritten the story during a production halt.
