• The two had been in a relationship for two years, but Venugopal had recently started avoiding her calls and messages, causing Sudha distress.
• Sudha called Venugopal to her home, where an argument escalated, leading her to repeatedly stab him in the stomach, chest, and shoulder.
• Venugopal is currently in critical condition at a private hospital.
• Sudha surrendered to the Bidadi police, who have registered a case and are investigating the incident, suspecting a fit of rage.
