Digital Thief Caught on Marudhar Express: Used Fake IRCTC Messages for AC Travel

• A passenger was caught on the Marudhar Express in Jodhpur Division for defrauding the railway by manipulating tickets.
• The accused used a fake IRCTC message, created by saving his own number as 'VM-IRCTCi' and editing original ticket messages, to travel in AC coaches.
• TTE Kaluram Meena became suspicious when the passenger showed a message for an empty seat and further investigation revealed the fraud.
• The passenger had previously used similar fraudulent methods to travel multiple times, cleverly using two mobile numbers to hide the 'forwarded message' tag.
• The accused was handed over to RPF Jaipur, and a case has been registered under sections of fraud and the Railway Act.
