Rajasthan Budget 2026: 8th Pay Commission, Air Travel for Elderly, Interest-Free Loans

• Deputy CM Diya Kumari announced a high-power committee for the 8th Pay Commission and a salary account package for employees and pensioners.
• 13 crore rupees allocated for temple prayers; 50,000 elderly to go on pilgrimage by airplane.
• 35 lakh farmers to receive 25,000 crore rupees in interest-free crop loans; 800 crore for interest subsidy on long-term agricultural loans.
• Micro-irrigation plants for three lakh hectares at 1340 crore rupees, benefiting three lakh farmers; 11,300 crore for irrigation facilities.
• Namo Van and Namo Nurseries to be developed; new Oxy-zone gardens; 10% land for solar/wind plants reserved for tree plantation.
