Katwa Karate Kids Shine Nationally, Impress Japanese Legend

• Nine boys and girls from Katwa, Purba Bardhaman, won multiple medals at the '10th Junior and Senior JKA National Karate Championship' in Mumbai.
• The championship, held from January 7th to 11th, featured legendary Japanese instructor Sensei Kazuaki Kurihara.
• Ritaja Roy secured two gold and one silver medal in the Under-12 girls' category, while Debdatta Mukherjee won gold and bronze.
• Niladri Roy (U-15 boys) won gold and bronze, Sanchari Dutta (U-15 girls) secured two silver and one bronze, and Deb Kumar Mandal (U-18-20 boys) earned two silver medals.
