Medaram Jatara: Development Works Near Completion, CM Revanth Reddy to Visit on Jan 18

• Asia's largest tribal fair, Medaram Sammakka-Saralamma Maha Jatara, is scheduled from January 28 to 31 in Mulugu District, Telangana.
• The Telangana government has invested Rs. 251 crores in permanent development works for the fair, now in their final stages.
• Improvements include expanded Gaddelu premises with stone pillar enclosures, nine gates, four platforms, watchtowers, and 2.5 km of CC roads.
• Roads have been widened, CC roads laid, and traditional Adivasi sculptures installed to reflect tribal culture.
• Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will visit Medaram on January 18 to oversee arrangements and inaugurate renovation works on January 19.
