Atal Residential School Admissions Open: Free Education, Boarding for Laborers' Children

• Admissions for the 2026-27 academic session have commenced at Atal Residential School in Pipli (Bilari), Moradabad division.
• The scheme offers free modern residential education, accommodation, and food to children of laborers and COVID-19 orphans.
• A total of 160 seats are available for Class 6 (80 boys, 80 girls) and 66 seats for Class 9 (32 boys, 34 girls), with reservations for OBC, SC, ST, EWS, and disabled children.
• Eligibility requires the parent's construction worker registration to be at least three years old by November 30, 2024, or the child to be a COVID-19 orphan or eligible under the Chief Minister Bal Seva Yojana.
• Applications are offline, available at various government offices, and must be submitted to the Assistant Labor Commissioner's Office, Rampur, by February 15, 2026; a written exam will be held on March 8, 2026.
