Bijnor Police Announces Major Traffic Diversion for Mahashivratri Kanwar Yatra

• Bijnor Police will implement a traffic diversion plan from February 5 to February 15 for the Mahashivratri Kanwar Yatra.
• The plan, approved by SP Abhishek Jha, aims to ensure the safety of Kanwariyas bringing Ganga water from Haridwar.
• Heavy vehicles will be restricted on main roads, with alternative routes designated to prevent jams and accidents.
• Essential goods vehicles (food, petroleum, gas, medicines) are permitted between 11 PM and 4 AM, escorted by police mobile teams.
• Specific routes are outlined for vehicles traveling to/from Haridwar, Kotdwar, Moradabad, and Muzaffarnagar.
