Dr. Ramvilas Vedanti, Ram Temple movement stalwart, dies.

• Dr. Ramvilas Das Vedanti, a key figure in the Ram Temple movement and former BJP MP, passed away in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.
• He was admitted to Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital on December 13 due to blood pressure issues.
• Vedanti was a lifelong advocate for the Ram Temple, working alongside prominent saints and addressing Karsevaks in 1992.
• He served as an MP from Jaunpur (1996-98) and Pratapgarh (1998-99), and contested from Amethi in 2004.
• His body will be brought to Ayodhya for final viewing and likely cremation.
