Holi Crackdown: 1394 kg Adulterated Food Destroyed, Agra Sweets Under Scanner

•Food Safety and Drug Administration intensifies raids against adulterators ahead of Holi festival.
•Major raid in Sehda area uncovers unsanitary storage of food items, including those from Agra.
•13.5 quintals (1394 kg) of suspicious khoya, paneer, and sweets, valued at ₹3.27 lakh, destroyed on the spot.
•11 samples from the Sehda raid, including khoya, paneer, and barfi, sent for quality testing.
•Total 26 raids conducted, 35 samples taken, and 1394 kg of adulterated food destroyed so far in the district.
