•Farmer Registry (Kisan Card) is now mandatory for scheme benefits under the Agri Stack initiative.
•Only 4.73 lakh out of 6.73 lakh PM Kisan beneficiaries have registered, leaving 2 lakh unregistered.
•Registration requires Aadhaar, Khasra, mobile number, and land details to create a unique farmer ID.
•Farmers can register at agricultural camps, Jan Seva Kendra (CSC), or via the 'Farmer Registry UP' app.
