• He may also file a bail application to avoid arrest after an FIR was registered against him at Jhansi police station.
• The FIR was registered under sections 5/6 of the POCSO Act following a POCSO Court order.
• Ashutosh Brahmachari, a disciple of Tulsipithadhishwar Swami Rambhadracharya, accused him of sexual exploitation.
• Swami Avimukteshwaranand has called the FIR a conspiracy, stating the complainant is a history-sheeter.
