UP Board Exams: 2.98 Lakh Students Skip Day 3, FIRs Against 11 for Malpractice

On the third day of UP Board examinations, 2,98,959 candidates skipped the exams across both shifts.
•
In the first shift, 1,70,190 candidates were absent for High School Social Science and Intermediate Agricultural Crop Science papers.
•
The second shift saw 1,28,769 candidates skipping the exams.
•
Three candidates were caught cheating: two in High School and one in Intermediate.
•
FIRs have been registered against 11 individuals, including those impersonating candidates in Gorakhpur, Pratapgarh, Jhansi, Kannauj, and Etah.
