• The accused lured the minor into a love trap after renting a house in Mallickpur and establishing contact with her.
• Police rescued the minor from a rented house in Thakurpukur and recovered a fake CBI identity card and his real voter ID from the accused.
• Kunal Kashyap Das allegedly used his fake CBI identity to gain trust, rent houses, and form relationships with local minors.
• Baruipur Police have filed a case under non-bailable sections and sought police custody for further interrogation to investigate potential other victims.
