Defying Odds: Shubhangu Nath Overcomes Disabilities to Appear for HS Exam

• Shubhangu Nath, a student from Berachampa Deulia High School, appeared for his Higher Secondary examination at Haroa PG High School.
• Despite being orthopedically handicapped since childhood with bent hands, numb fingers, and a speech impediment, he showed indomitable willpower.
• His father passed away when he was five, and he was raised by his elder aunt, Purnima Nath, who supported his education.
• Shubhangu used crutches and the help of a scribe to take the exam, just as he did for his Madhyamik examination.
• He passed Madhyamik in the first division with 429 marks and is now pursuing the Arts stream, aspiring to continue his studies.
