Fake Cigarette Racket Busted in Birbhum: Smuggler Arrested, Rs 20 Lakh Worth Seized

• Murarai police in Birbhum seized fake cigarettes worth approximately 20 lakh rupees during a smuggling attempt.
• One smuggler, Shambhu Rabidas from Patna, Bihar, was arrested in connection with the seizure.
• The fake cigarettes were found in 24 cartons inside a four-wheeler stopped during a naka checking operation on Murarai Maheshpur road.
• The arrested individual was presented before the Rampurhat Sub-divisional Court and remanded to two days of police custody.
