• A horrific road accident occurred on the Mathabhanga-Maynaguri state highway in Cooch Behar, injuring three people.
• The incident took place around 7 PM on Thursday in the Uchadhap area of Bairagirhat Panchayat.
• A speeding bike first hit a truck and then collided with a small four-wheeler.
• Two occupants of the bike and one passenger of the car were injured and identified as Kaushik Ghosh, Akash Ghosh, and Soumitra Das.
• Two critically injured individuals were transferred to Cooch Behar MJN Medical College; police have started an investigation.
