• Naihati Police uncovered a large financial fraud ring, arresting three individuals from Karigarpara, Ward No. 3, Naihati Municipality.
• The accused, Sheikh Javed Ali (38), Asif Ali (30), and Nesar Hussain (18), allegedly operated from a rented room in Halisahar.
• Police recovered one laptop and four mobile phones during a raid based on a tip-off.
• A case has been registered under BNS sections 318(2)/318(4)/319(2)/316(2)/61(2), and the accused will appear before Barrackpore Court.
• Separately, Kolkata Police arrested 8 'tech-wizards' in 'Operation America' for impersonating Microsoft support and defrauding US citizens.
