Murshidabad Tribunal Formed: Get Your Name on Voter List! What Documents to Bring?

An Appellate Tribunal has been formed in Murshidabad for individuals whose names were excluded from the voter list during the SIR phase.
•
The Additional District Magistrate (Election) issued a directive to all Sub-Divisional Officers regarding the tribunal's formation.
•
The tribunal will hear appeals against decisions on voter list inclusion/exclusion made by Judicial Officers during SIR hearings.
•
Voters can submit applications and required documents to their SDO or Block Office; digital documents will be uploaded to the EC portal.
•
Required documents include birth certificate, voter ID, Aadhaar, court affidavit, secondary admit card, ration card, PAN card, and 2002 family voter list.
