New 12.6 MW Power Substation in Dantan to End Load Shedding, Benefit Three Blocks
- •A new 12.6 MW power substation is being built in Dantan, West Medinipur, to resolve long-standing load shedding and voltage fluctuation issues.
- •The project, costing approximately 9.84 crore rupees, is funded by the state government and undertaken by WBSEDCL and the Department of Power.
- •It will benefit all areas of Dantan Block No. 1, Dantan Block No. 2, and several Gram Panchayat areas of Narayangarh Block.
