Reckless Motorbike Hits Toto in Jalpaiguri, 5 Seriously Injured

• A passenger toto overturned after being hit by a speeding motorbike in Riabari Tea Garden area, Banarhat, Jalpaiguri.
• Five passengers were seriously injured in the accident, including Laxman Kharia (22), Nasim Ansari (30), Majila Khatun (40), Balai Murmu (55), and Pinky Darji (30).
• Three critically injured were transferred from Banarhat Primary Health Center to Malbazar Super Specialty Hospital for advanced treatment.
• The other two injured were sent to Bipara State General Hospital after their condition deteriorated post initial treatment.
• Locals question the traffic police and administration's failure to control reckless driving, leading to increased accidents in Banarhat block.
