Villagers Rescue Sick Leopard Cub From Railway Tracks in Malbazar

• A sick leopard cub was found on railway tracks in the Ruber Railway Bridge area of New Quarter, Goodhope Tea Garden, Mal Block.
• Local villagers noticed the cub was unwell and repeatedly trying to return to the tracks, prompting them to intervene.
• They quickly moved the cub off the tracks and informed the Forest Department.
• Forest workers from Mal Squad and Targhera Range arrived and safely rescued the cub.
• The rescued leopard cub has been sent for treatment and will be released back into the forest after recovery.
