• Government will deposit Rs 56,000 in phases, growing to Rs 1 lakh with interest by age 21 or graduation.
• Eligibility: Daughters born in Delhi, family residing for 3+ years, annual income under Rs 1 lakh, maximum two daughters per family.
• Funds disbursed in phases: Rs 11,000 at birth, Rs 5,000 for Class 1, 6, 9, 10, 12, and Rs 20,000 for graduation/diploma.
