• TTD aims to develop SWIMS into South India's best hospital under CM Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu's directives.
• Central Medical Godown (Rs. 10.65 crores, 37,000 sq ft) and additional floors for patient attendants (Rs. 4.40 crores for 300 people) inaugurated.
• Godown features cold storage, OT stores; attendant facilities include free meals, accommodation, and lifts.
• Renovation of main SWIMS building, establishment of a Central Lab, and SWIMS management of Sri Padmavathi Hospital's medical shop underway.
• Future plans include staff quarters, central kitchen, 350 additional beds, 5 OTs, and an advanced cancer care center with 5 ICUs.
