Patna's Second Taj: 500-Room Luxury Hotel Coming to Bankipur Bus Stand
•Patna is set to get a second Taj Hotel, a 5-star luxury property with approximately 500 rooms, after the existing one at City Centre.
•The mega-project will be developed on the land of Bankipur Bus Stand under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
•Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation Limited (BSTDCL) signed an agreement with Sarga Hotel Pvt. Ltd. for its operation.
•The Indian Hotels Company Limited will construct the hotel; Phase 1 (350 rooms) aims for completion within four years, with operations by January 2030.
•Strategically located near the Ganges River, Gandhi Maidan, and Samrat Ashok Convention Centre, it promises to be one of the finest Taj Hotels.
