•South Central Railway announces Amrit Bharat Express from Cherlapalli (Hyderabad) to Kamakhya (Assam), launching March 13, 2026.
•The train will feature sleeper and general second-class coaches, connecting Telangana and Andhra Pradesh with Assam.
•Another Amrit Bharat Express between Cherlapalli and Nagarkoil is planned, with its route fixed and launch date pending.
•This Cherlapalli-Nagarkoil service will stop at 30 stations, running weekly from Nagarkoil on Thursdays.
•Three Amrit Bharat trains already operate in Telangana, enhancing comfortable and economical long-distance travel.
