•She expanded from manual production by securing a 50,000 rupees loan from Jeevika and a 9.50 lakh rupees business loan from Bank of Baroda to buy machines.
•Now operates four modern machines, producing 40-45 kg of incense sticks daily, providing employment to 3-4 laborers.
•Her husband, Ram Vinay Kumar, handles marketing and supply; products are in high demand in local markets like Bairgania and Riga.
•Earning a net income of 35,000-40,000 rupees monthly, she supports her daughters' education, with one preparing for UPSC.
