Vivek Kumar, an IIT Bombay graduate, secured All India Rank 882 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025 on his very first attempt.
•
Son of government teacher Awadhesh Baitha from Fenahara, East Champaran, Vivek's success has brought immense joy to his family and village.
•
After graduating from IIT Bombay, he worked at a cybersecurity company from 2022 to 2024 before moving to Delhi for UPSC preparation.
•
Despite difficulties during his preparation at Jamia, Delhi, Vivek persevered and achieved his goal.
•
The 27-year-old is the eldest of two brothers and two sisters, with his father expressing deep emotion over his son's achievement.
