•The design, lacking seats and windows, reduces weight and air resistance, enabling higher speeds and energy efficiency.
•Planned for a 286 km Tokyo-Nagoya route by 2027, cutting travel time from 1 hour 40 minutes to just 40 minutes.
•This expensive project, costing 9 trillion yen, aims to revolutionize high-speed travel, with passenger versions to include seats and windows.
