MP's High-Speed & Tiger Corridors: Boosting Development, Trade & Wildlife Conservation

• Madhya Pradesh is integrating into India's national high-speed corridor network, aiming to connect North, South, East, and West, as stated by Public Works Minister Rakesh Singh.
• The high-speed corridors, including Varanasi–Rewa–Jabalpur–Nagpur and Ahmedabad–Indore–Bhopal–Raipur routes, will reduce travel time, boost logistics, tourism, and industry, leveraging MP's central location.
• A 600 km section of the high-speed network, costing ₹30,000 crore, will serve as a backbone for trade, while the Bhopal-Mandsaur Expressway will link to the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor for investment.
• Madhya Pradesh is pioneering India's first state-level Tiger Corridor, a 250 km network costing ₹5,500 crore, designed to harmonize development with wildlife conservation.
• The proposed Kanha–Bandhavgarh 4-lane Tiger Corridor Road through Shahpura, Dindori, will ensure safe wildlife movement while promoting tourism and local development.
