•A new western disturbance and a cyclonic circulation in the Arabian Sea are causing widespread weather changes.
•Heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and strong winds up to 70 kmph are forecast for many states.
•Northwest India, including Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand, to see rain and snowfall from March 18-20.
