PIB clarified on March 25, 2026, that current LPG refill booking rules remain unchanged.

Refill bookings for urban areas are at a 25-day interval, and for rural areas, at a 45-day interval.

Booking attempts before the specified interval will be automatically blocked, calculated from the previous cylinder's delivery date.

Indian Oil implemented these rules for transparency, uniform system, and to prevent unnecessary bookings, ensuring timely delivery for genuine needs.
