Jhunjhunu Ex-Servicemen Get Major Relief: New Canteens, Building Approved
•Ex-Servicemen Canteen (ESM Canteen) facilities to open in Nawalgarh and Mukundgarh within three months, addressing long-standing demands.
•The existing ESM Canteen in Jhunjhunu will relocate to a new, dedicated building on Gudha Road near the ECHS Polyclinic.
•Sainik Kalyan Board approved 22,000 sq ft of land for the new Jhunjhunu canteen building, with a 20-year lease to the 61 Sub Area.
•The new building will alleviate overcrowding at the current Sainik Kalyan office location, providing better facilities for soldiers and their families.
•The 61 Sub Area of the South Western Command approved the new canteens and building construction after demands from the Rajasthan Ex-Servicemen League.
