Gangapur Jathara: Millions Flock to 'Second Tirupati' in Telangana; Collector Offers Silk Clothes

• The Gangapur Jathara, held at Sri Balaji Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Rebbena Mandal, Komaram Bheem Asifabad district, attracted millions of devotees.
• Known as the 'Second Tirupati', the temple hosts annual fair celebrations from Magha Shuddha Chaturdashi to Bahula Padyami.
• The three-day fair includes Kalyanam (celestial wedding) on the first day, Rathotsavam (chariot festival) on the second, and Jathara on the third.
• District Collector K. Haritha and SP Nikitha Panth participated in the festivities, with the Collector offering silk clothes to the Swamy.
• Devotees from erstwhile Adilabad district and neighboring Maharashtra attended, with special RTC buses arranged from Asifabad, Mancherial, and Bellampalli.
