Vemulawada Rajanna Temple Hundi Collects Over 2.16 Crore in 33 Days; Gold, Silver Also Offered

Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple in Vemulawada, known as Dakshina Kashi, received Rs. 2,16,65,140/- in cash offerings over 33 days.

Devotees also offered 161 grams of mixed gold and 10 kg 900 grams of mixed silver to the deity.

The hundi counting was conducted by EO Ramadevi under CC camera surveillance and SPF police at the Bhimeshwara Sadan parking lot.
•
"Kode Mokkulu" (vows involving bulls) are a significant source of income, with thousands of devotees visiting daily.
•
Devotees also visit Baddi Pochamma Devi, offering 'bonalu' for good fortune, especially on Sundays, Fridays, and Tuesdays.
