• The Saharanpur section of the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway is completed and fully open for traffic.
• Travel time between Delhi and Dehradun will be reduced from 5-6 hours to just 2.5 hours.
• A 12-kilometer elevated corridor passing through a river and forest near Dehradun is also completed and open.
• The 210-212 km long, 6-lane expressway is built in four sections at an estimated cost of ₹12,000 crore.
• Equipped with animal underpasses for wildlife safety; full opening expected by February 2026.
