Saharanpur's New Township: Online Applications Begin February for Plots

• Saharanpur Development Authority to open online applications for new township plots in the second week of February.
• The township, named "Maa Shakambhari Devi Awasya Yojana," is being developed near Chunheti Gada village on Tapri Road (Mini Bypass).
• Spanning 52.9751 hectares and costing approximately 200 crore rupees, it will feature modern amenities, 24-meter wide roads, and smart facilities.
• Residential plots are estimated to cost 29,000 to 30,000 rupees per square yard, with commercial plots potentially double the price.
• RERA registration is expected to be completed by the first week of February, with online applications starting immediately after.
