Made from chhana (cottage cheese), sugar, a small amount of flour, and dalda ghee, prepared by a special frying method.

Demand is steadily increasing due to its excellent taste, reaching cities like Delhi, Surat, Jaipur, and Bombay.

This Bengali sweet has also traveled internationally; taste it at the Gopinath Mela starting March 15.
