IMD Kalbaisakhi Alert: Heavy Storms & Rain to Lash Bengal Districts Soon!
•IMD warns of Kalbaisakhi-like conditions with thunderstorms and rain in Purulia, Bankura, and Birbhum within 2-3 hours.
•Gusty winds of 40-50 km/h expected in affected areas, as per Alipore Meteorological Department.
•Rainfall predicted across the state from Sunday to Wednesday, with thunderstorm warnings for all North and South Bengal districts, including Kolkata, on Monday and Tuesday.
•Moisture from the Bay of Bengal and a Western Disturbance in North Bengal are causing these weather changes.
