Kolkata-Siliguri Travel Halved! New 521 Cr Farakka Bridge Opens Soon, Ends Jam Misery
•
New 5.46 km Farakka Bridge, built at 521 crore rupees, to open by end of April or early May, halving Kolkata-Siliguri travel time.
•
The bridge will resolve severe traffic congestion on the national highway, especially near the Farakka Barrage in Murshidabad.
