•BMW R 1300 R Superhooligan unveiled at Daytona 200 weekend (March 5-7, 2026), marking 50 years since Steve McLaughlin's 1976 win.
•Custom race bike developed by BMW Motorrad’s Custom Speed Shop, honoring McLaughlin's victory and Reg Pridmore's AMA Superbike Championship.
•Features race number '83' and the iconic color scheme of McLaughlin's original Daytona-winning BMW R 90 S.
•Powered by a 1,300 cc air/liquid-cooled flat-twin engine (145 hp, 149 Nm), equipped with Wilbers suspension and Akrapovič exhaust.
•BMW brand ambassador Nate Kern will race the Superhooligan; original 1976 Butler & Smith BMW R 90 S bikes will also be displayed.
