Sunetra Pawar Demands CBI Probe into Ajit Pawar Plane Crash

• Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar met CM Devendra Fadnavis, demanding a CBI investigation into the January 28 plane crash that killed Ajit Pawar.
• The crash in Baramati, Pune district, killed Ajit Pawar and four others on board a Learjet 45 aircraft.
• Rohit Pawar, Ajit Pawar’s nephew and NCP (SP) MLA, had previously raised questions about the crash, alleging negligence and regulatory failures by VSR Ventures.
• Sunetra Pawar submitted a representation to CM Fadnavis, calling for a central probe into her husband’s death.
• DGCA is auditing VSR Ventures and reviewing non-scheduled aircraft operators, but no preliminary report has been released.
