• The incident occurred on Friday, February 6, in Kailasnagar, while the resident, Dev Vijay Lot, was at work.
• The thief made off with 7 grams of gold jewelry, silver jewelry, and Rs 30,000 in cash from the cupboard.
• Police suspect an acquaintance due to the use of a duplicate key, registering a case against Rahul Harish Harijan alias Lot.
