•He was found by his wife at their residence on Sinhagad Road, causing a stir in the medical community.
•A suicide note found by Sinhagad Road Police cited "excessive work stress" as the reason for his extreme step.
•Dr. Patil held a senior position at a prestigious medical college, making the reason for his death particularly shocking.
•Sinhagad Road Police have registered a case of accidental death and are conducting further investigation.
